OK So this one is quite easy. And please note, it is very easily multiplied, so it can be used to feed small armies (i have proven this fact time and again)
Mostochelli
ingredients:
1 green bell pepper
1 small yellow onion
1 pound ground beef
1 pound italian sausage (hot or mild to taste)
1 regular size package pepperoni
1 box mostachelli pasta (i sometimes use rigatoni in its stead)
1 jar spagetti sauce (muchroom is prefered)
2 cups shredded mozerella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Prepare pasta per box directions
Meanwhile, dice pepper and onion. Cut up italian sausage into bite size pieces. Slice pepperoni slices in half and separate.
BROWN the meats and veggies until no pink remains in ANY of the meat. Drain (i personally also rinse at this point to cut the fat, but this is also a matter of preference)
When pasta is finished and meat mixture above is browned, combine all ingredients plus spagetti sauce in a 13x9 baking dish. Spread evenly. Cover with cheese.
Place pan in oven. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is golden ...
This serves lots o people! Enjoy! |

This one i made for my culinary final project in highschool:
Mikes Chicken
1 whole chicken
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup rosemary
1/2 cup thyme
1/2 bunch scallions (thinly chopped)
4 eggs
Bread Crumb
BBQ Sauce:
1 cup Ketchup
1 cup Molasses
Worchestershire sauce
Chili Powder
Salt
Pepper
Hot sauce
2 cans tomato puree
1 SMALL can tomato paste
First, in a medium sauce pan, add all of the BBQ sauce ingredients into the sauce pan, and reduce until thickened
Now, after that is done, take the chicken, and separate it into all of the appropriate pieces. Then, take the eggs, and in a separate bowl, crack the eggs, and whisk them.
Add all of the chicken seasonings together with whatever amount breadcrumb you want.
Dip the chicken into the egg, then dip into the crumb mix and place in a pan (sprayed with PAM of course )
Next, place chicken in oven for approx. 30-45 min
Take it out, and add (if u want) your newly made BBQ sauce, and place in oven for anther 50-10 min
Then, serve it , cause its UBER GOOD! |

T-T I got a recipe to share! But see... I haven't amde it, but I want to SOO bad! It's a Japanese Pizza, called Okonomiyaki! I got a couple here and there, for cookin is totally uber cool!
Okonomiyaki
beginner
ingredients
1. 2 chicken eggs
2. 2/3 cup of soup stock or water
3. 1 cup of weak flour
4. 1/6 of a cabbage
5. 60 g of thinly sliced pork
6. ½ diced onion
7. Worcestershire sauce
8. Dried seaweed flakes
9. Bonito flakes
cooking directions
1. Break the eggs and mix in a bowl with the soup stock or water. Sprinkle in the weak flour (my note: probably means regular flour or something that doesn't thicken as much as cornstarch) and beat until the lumps disappear.
2. Cut the cabbage into 1 cm square pieces and mix with the pork. Add the onions. Sliced squid or dried shrimp may be used instead of pork. Other ingredients like red pickled ginger or vegetables may also be added.
3. Add the contents of (2) to (1), stir with chopsticks, and then pour mixture slowly out onto an oiled griddle or hot plate. When underside is brown, flip pancake and cook until done.
4. Divide into slices and season with Worcestershire sauce, dried seaweed flakes, bonito flakes, or your favorite spices.
5. Serve.

3. Add the contents of (2) to (1), stir, and then pour mixture on hot plate. Some people at this point also add a small packet of fried buckwheat noodles and a raw egg in the center. This concoction will form a pile on your hot plate. Don't be alarmed. It is meant to taste wonderful, not look elegant.
4. When underside is brown, flip pancake and cook until done.
5. Divide into slices and season with Worcestershire sauce, dried seaweed flakes, bonito flakes, mayonnaise, or your favorite spices.
6. Serve.

4. Flip back over and onto a plate.
5. Garnish with bonito flakes, dried seaweed flakes, and some Japanese horseradish.

oooohhhhhhhhh must reply.
Ok, so I am really into healthy and vegetarian cooking. Here is a favorite of mine:
Vegetable Couscous
-2 cups chopped tomatoes
-1 can garbanzo beans
-Bell Pepper, chopped (how ever much you like of which ever one you like. I normally use one large red...or two small of different color)
-1 small chopped onion, chopped
-1 TBSP chopped oregano
-1 tsp paprika
-1 tsp olive oil (can use vegetable oil, but I prefer olive myself)
-Garlic (I love garlic so I chop up four cloves, it mostly cooks out anyway)
-5 cups hot cooked couscous (for those of you that don't know what this is, it is kinda like rice. It is sold at any grocery store near the rice)
-Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top
Heat all ingredients except couscous and parmesan to boiling in a saucepan. Serve over couscous and sprinkle with cheese.
Enjoy! |

OK GUYS! This is my favorite Szechwan Beef recipe right now... got it from Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook so here goes!
Szechwan Beef Stir Fry:
1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak or top round steak
3 tablespoons dry sherry or dry white wine
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 cup thinly sliced carrots (~2 medium)
1 (8 3/4 oz) can whole baby corn, drained
1 red sweet pepper, cut into 1 inch squares (1 cup)
2 cups hot cooked rice
1. Trim fat from beef. Partially freeze beef. Thinly slice across grain into bite-size strips. Set aside. Cut whole corn in half crosswise, set aside.
2.For sauce, stir together sherry or wine, soy sauce, water, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, gingeroot, sugar, red pepper, black pepper (if desired), and garlic. Set aside.
3.Pour cooking oil into a wok or large skillet (add more oil as necessary during cooking). Preheat over medium-high heat. Stir fry carrots in hot oil for 2 minutes. Add baby corn and sweet pepper. Stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes more ot till vegetables are crisp-tender (see photo 2, above right). Remove from wok.
4.Add beef to the hot wok. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or til desired doneness. Push beef from the center of the wok.
5.Stir sauce. Add sauce to the center of the wok. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Stir in all cooked meat and vegetables. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more or till heated through. Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.
This one is easy guys.. Feel free to change it up as well. I, pesonally omit the gingerroot and double the amount of red pepper! Have fun and Enjoy! |

since the chinese new year is next saturday, i figured i would find a lovely culinary delight from the packed full land of china, where half of hte world's population exists
Hot Chinese Mustard Sauce:
4 tablespoons Chinese dry mustard
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
4 tablespoons pickled ginger liquid
1 lemon, juiced
Pinch turmeric
1 tablespoon sugar
1 egg yolk*
1 tablespoon chile oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 cup peanut oil
Aromatics:
1 (2-inch piece) fresh ginger, peeled
3 large cloves garlic
2 green onions
Pinch red pepper flakes
1/2 cup peanut oil
Pinch salt
Pinch black pepper
Pinch sugar
Filling:
1 large onion, julienned
1 medium carrot, julienned
1/4 pound shiitakes, discard stems, julienned
1 large red bell pepper, julienned
1 large yellow bell pepper, julienned
1 small green cabbage, julienned
Peanut oil, for stir-frying
Salt and pepper
1/4 pound glass noodles, soaked in water for 10 minutes, chopped into smaller strands
1/4 cup mushroom soy sauce
2 tablespoons chile paste
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
To form spring rolls:
Spring roll wrappers
1 egg with 1 tablespoon each water and cornstarch, beaten together for egg wash
Peanut oil, for deep-frying
Prepare the Hot Chinese Mustard Sauce. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the oil. Stir until well blended. Slowly whisk in the peanut oil until emulsified. Refrigerate, covered until needed.
Prepare the aromatic mixture. In a food processor, combine the ginger, garlic, green onions, and red pepper flakes. Turn on machine, slowly add oil, and process mixture to a puree. Saute mixture for 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Set aside.
Prepare the filling. In a wok, stir-fry each vegetable separately in peanut oil. Season with salt and pepper. Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl. Stir in noodles, mushroom soy sauce, chile paste, sesame oil, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool completely. When cool, blend the filling mixture with the aromatic mixture. When ready to form the spring rolls, squeeze out all the excess liquid.
Make the spring rolls. Place about 1/2 cup of prepared filling per spring roll wrapper. Roll and seal edges with the egg wash. Repeat the process until all filling is used.
In a deep pot, with about 4 cups peanut oil heated to 350 degrees F., deep-fry in batches of 4 until golden, about 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Trim off the ends and slice diagonally. Drizzle top with Hot Chinese Mustard Sauce. Serve immediately.
*RAW EGG WARNING The American Egg Board states: "There have been warnings against consuming raw or lightly cooked eggs on the grounds that the egg may be contaminated with Salmonella, a bacteria responsible for a type of food poisoning. Healthy people need to remember that there is a very small risk and treat eggs and other raw animal foods accordingly. Use only properly refrigerated, clean, sound-shelled, fresh, grade AA or A eggs. Avoid mixing yolks and whites with the shell"
Ok boys and girls, this one is a little bit harder than the other recipies that ive posted (courtesy of FOODTV.COM). This can probably pop off about 20 - 24 spring rolls. Thank Mr. Wolfgang Puck for this one (we all love you Mr. Puck) |
