Legacy of the Frozen North: The Eye of the Yeti

The bartender shrugged, and poured the blue-skinned elf a shot of whiskey. Everyone liked whiskey, especially up here in the colder climes. It put a fire in the belly, helped the cold outside stay outside. Then he heard the other question, and, his back to his customer, rolled his eyes. Blasted tourists.

Then he turned round and gave the man his whiskey, and shrugged. "'S a legend. Doesn't exist. Oh, there's an odd man here or there who'll claim to know somethin', but ye can't trust a single blighted one."

Zzyxx picked up the whisky delicately. This was common for elves who tried to handle everything delicately. He drank the whisky with out making a face. THis was not so much a result of hard drinking as it was the fact that elven whiskey is aged for centuries.Elven spirits are infinitly more powerful than this human colored water. After setting down the whisky glass, Zzyxx spoke.

"Thank you sir, I would like another. COuld you tell me where i could find one of the crazies with these tales?"

"Look around you," said the bartender, with an expansive gesture indicating the pervasiveness of pointless legends, as well as just what he thought of them.

[Zzyxx]

Zzyxx grinned to humor the bartender.

"Yes, I suppose you are right, thank you for the whisky."

Zzyxx paid for his whisky and got up from the bar. He looked around for some people who wouldn't try to kill him if he joined at his table.
