"Turbine announced today that it has officially started taking Alpha Program player registrations Dungeons & Dragons Online, the company's promising online role-playing game for the PC set in Stormreach, the frontier city from the Eberron campaign setting. For a limited time, Turbine will be accepting applicants for the MMORPG's highly-anticipated Alpha Program, which kicks off in the near future. While this first Alpha stage will have limited number of players, Turbine expects to increase the number of players allowed into the game on an ongoing and regular basis. The game will let players create characters using many of the popular D&D character classes, races and skills, and take them out into the world to engage in a myriad of activities including exploration, questing, tactical combat, and more.
To sign up for their chance to be selected for Dungeons & Dragons Online Alpha, gamers should head to beta.turbine.com/signup . Additional information about the game can be found at www.ddo.com. Seating is obviously limited so gamers interested in getting into the ground floor of this title should sign up ASAP."

Well, not to be a down, but i just don't think it could hold a candel to the table top. I don't know, maybe i'm just too old school for this new generation of MMRPG's.... THogh i did buy WoW... that's different and depressing story though -_-;; |
