Hypertension!

I didn’t go to work today cos I couldn’t get up, I had terrible headache and sore throat (tonsils), my whole body is also aching.. I was telling reaper that I felt everything around me are moving and spinning, after shower and some meal, I got my sister to sent me to the clinic cos I needed to get MC for work record.. well since no body at the clinic so I decided to visit my doc, we had some chit chat and I told him bout this terrible headache so he asked me few questions and took my blood pressure, I have had some low blood pressure and lack of sugar before but what he told me was really shocking, my blood pressure is very high, it is 150/100 (normal - less than 120/less than 80) when he checked, well that is very high for someone my age, after some checking he said this could be caused of stress/pressure and also the tonsils I'm having at the moment, he gave me some medication and I need to come back again next week to check if my BP has gone back to normal or else I have to go for a thorough medical checkup..

Arghh I don’t need another sickness to add all the sickness that I already have.. *sigh*

That sickness, however, can be regulated, to some degree. Hypertension might be a stress-related problem. So you need to get healthy and let all of your mental tension out, too. That might help bring the blood pressure down.

Yeah babe, you just have to get the stress out, there is really nothin else you can do. As long as its pent up it wont get any better, probably worse

buy a boxing bag skylah that'll get rid of any stress/tension after 20 mins of punching a day.

i suffer from highblood pressure but it runs in the family, mine causes me to have major nosebleeds though and theres nothing the doctors can do, they say its not bad enough for any kind of surgery on my nose:|
