The Might of Turnskull

[Tobias]

"Trust me, demon...it isn't the first time, and it isn't the last either." The faint glow of silver illuminates his eyes for a brief moment, as the stoic nature of the ultimate sage rages inside, pent up like a wolverine.

[Zzyxx]

Zzyxx drops the ice field around Tobias and Kain. The ice shatters into a million shards that look like diamond dust in the air and quickly return to Zzyxx himself.

"Kain, i knew you could melt the ice, but you need to realize... I myself am not with out tricks... Now, My sources tell me Thog is wounded and will need to rest for a few days. His numbers will dwindle because of that. Suffice to say his threat has stalled, but only till he can gather a new horde. Kain, If you want to help... I'll see what i can do with you. If Diablo show's his face however, you will have me to deal with. Tobias, i need you to do a scouting mission for me. Foind out how bad Thog's wounds are if you can."

[Tobias]

"Aye"

The vagrant brushes himself off, his coat falling off of him. He heads back into the woods, in the general direction of the horde

[Diablo]

"You see you missed my point, Thog hired Diablo, not me, meaning that he would still think me to be Diablo." Diablo shook his head slightly and muttered, "Mortals.."

[Zzyxx]

"No, Kain. I understood your point. I'm just trying to resist the urge to send in an assassin. I don't want to kill if i can avoid. I am honestly looking for a way to parley. Thog is an unusually cunning orc... I suspect he is much less and orc in nature than we give him credit for."

Zzyxx stroked his chin with hand for a while, as if thinking.

[Diablo]

"Well we dont have to kill him per-say." Kain held out his sword infront of Zzyxx, "We could trap him here, if we drop the leader the other orcs will be unable to finish the campaigne. In other words, controle the head and you controle the body and besides after we trap him we could if you really wanted to, release him with a simple spell." Kain dropped to one knee holding his neck where Tobias had earlier struck "And nt to mention I'm not in the best of shape to go on an assassin mission."

[Zzyxx]

"That is true.... WE will bide out time till Tobias tells us of Thog'c ondition."

Thog was gravely wounded. He could barely move from his bed. His closest attendents were the only ones allowed near him. Many orcs deserted. THe campaign was effectively stalled.

[Tobias]

He emerged from the woods and stealthly into the camp. The volume of Orcs had greatly dropped already, making Tobias' mission much easier. Unfortunately, he was also slightly reckless, and some orcs began to follow him as he walked into the camp. He found his way towards the main tent, where he tried to peek in and see what was going on on the inside.

[Zzyxx]

As tobias walked around, several things stuck out.
There was an odd circle with smoke comming from the middle, and several shamen chanting around it. Orcs looked fearful around it, Tobias was even roughly ignored as a threat by many of them too consumed with fear to notice that he was human.
When he arived at teh tent, Thog was standing. His arm was in a sling and ribs were bandaged. He had ametal plate hammered into his head, presumably to act as new skull material. He was muttering incoherently... something about "demons, wish i didn't..." then trailing off. His injuries must have gotten infected and caused him to have a delerious fever.

[Tobias]

"Interesting..."
Tobias had seen enough, and began to head out of the camp area.

The orcs standing at the edge of the woods didn't want him going just yet.
