You're from Isle of Man? No way! That place looks pretty cool, at least from the pictures I've seen. And I would agree that guns definitely lack a certain style, unlike swords. Good to meet another PO!

Yeah, LoL this place rocks! Smile
(bit boring sometimes)

And yet, Snatch it ace!!

Howdy! Glad to see ya made it, sorry Im so late on the welcome ^^; Down

I too am a sword collector, have about 10+ swords I think now and over 12 daggers/knives...plus some other weaponry, mostly throwing things (darts/knives/stars) ^^

BWS- that sword is beautiful. Where did you get it, and how much is it? I really like it!

I bought it in a S.A.I.L. army supply shop. I call it a "ghost" sword since the guy there at the shop had no idea they had it. They knew they add one BWS-2 model somewhere in the shop but nothing else was listed in there files. I asked for a BWS-1 model and they found a box with it in it. I think it was meant to be mine Very Happy

I bought it 248,54 can$ ( without taxes Ninja ) (that was 2 years and a half ago)

(248,54 can$, Is that expensive?)

Thanks Sciler, there's no shop on this Island, where the sell stuff like that, (one of the reason's this place gets boring, I mean ABSOLUTELY nothiing happens, I mean the most exciting thing that happens, is hearing the M5, has been over-run with cars, (and we all know how often that happens)LoL

That's 158.27 US$; 102.51 £; 19 847 Y (yen), but that's a fairly good price when you think that I bought it almost right after it was first out in canada. Now you can find it, used, for 140 US$ on the net.

O and I forgot to mention, the BWS-1 can be considered a collection peice but it is, in the first place, a close combat tactical sword manufactured by the Ontario Knife Co. You can actually chop trees with that (unlike the "fake" swords that breaks as you try to cut a small branch ^^)

*WARNING* can cut trough walls and concrete almost like butter ... how do I know? Well, when I figured out how to take it out of it's casing, I kinda cut trough the ceiling at home, so I decided to try to do that again but downstairs so that I don'T break anything valuable ... once there, I stuck it the wooden ceiling of the "cave" (that really looks like a cave, well) then, as I pulled it out, it cut trough the carpet and, trough the concrete under the carpet ... I was like :

skeptical Surprised :err:

Swords: Cause mass amounts of fun, and mass amounts of trouble.
Conclusion: Good swords make for good stories!

P.S. It does sound like that sword was meant for ya, BSW-1. Fated to be together.
