Ok here's the deal, I ordered a anime set on the 18th of september. it is now the 29th, and I still have not received the package. The sellers location is in canada. It's been 11 days! Shouldn't my package arrived by now. I payed 28.50 for this dvd and /or set and It's not here yet. I swaer if I've been had I'm going to report for theft. Because this is rediculious. What do you guys think? |

Did they already ship it out?
If they did, do you have a tracking number?

Also you might want to email them and ask them what the status was/is on your order. If you don't hear about anything for at least another week or so -then- you should raise eyebrows. |

It should have been shipped out on the 22 when the payment went through. There is an item number for it. I don't know if that's the tracking or not.

Ohhh, Yea. Email them right now, if you don't hear back and another week or so passes I would think about doing something. I've been lucky enough to never have any bad dealers on Ebay so I'm not sure what the procedure is. Definitly email them to work with them to see what's going on with your order. |

Read the ebay guidelines for lodging a complaint against the seller for non-receipt of goods. Since you used Ebay with Paypal if you do not receive your items you will get your money back. |

Thats not too bad, only 11 days. most packages take 2+ weeks, unless you forked out for express mail then you have right to be pissed.
But regular old snail mail, is called snail mail for a reason  |
