Return of a Warrior...

[Robb]

It has been a long day...and finally Robb has returned back to his home...the arena...

The crowds...the cheers...the boo's...


All of it...returning...




Robb walks in through the main gates to the main arena.....out in front of the crowds...and, with his spiked chain wrapped around his arm.....he begin's his call...



I am issueing an OPEN challenge! Anyone who would care to step into the arena with a returning combatant, come now!




With that, Robb brushes his hair out of his eyes, and waits...





[OOC] most of ya dont know me, but iwa s just startin to get active on PO when alas, I had to move house unexpectedly. SO < i thought this would be a nice way to return ^^ [OOC]

There is a stirring amongst the crowd as a burning wind passes through, hot enough to make everyone present feel incredibly uncomfortable. It doesn't help when flames begin to pass around them, none of the watchers touched, yet all of them try to shy away. But the flames build in size and intensity, swirling dangerously around them and finally flowing into the arena, across the sand, swirling around Robb without touching even him--and they begin to gather in the center of the arena, forming into one solitary figure. A boy--though not so much a boy now as the last time he was in this arena--with long blood-red hair. The flames circle around his feet up to his head, resolving into huge flaming wings on his back, blue-white at the tips, before they sink into his back. He clenches his fists, flames rising from his blood-red eyes, rising from the hilt of the scimitar at his left hip.

"I am Demonic," he proclaims, loudly, red arcs of energy running through his hair like lightning. "If you don't mind, I will dance this dance with you." His arms cross his body, each drawing a blade--the right holding a long scimitar with a golden, serrated blade, fire dancing between its teeth; in the left is a shorter scimitar, silver, with a blue malevolent gem in the hilt. "Bloodreign has not feasted in a long time," he informs Robb with a small, wicked smile, yellow chaotic energy suddenly pulsing along the shorter scimitar's blade, tinged with purple darkness.

His eyes rest on Robb intensely as he awaits an answer.

[Robb]

Hmmmm, this could be interesting..I sence great power in this one...








Robb looks his opponent up and down, as if trying to gauge just how powerfull this foe could be...


Hehe, neat trick...lets see if you can back those fireworks up. Rules are simple, first one to stop moving, loses


With that, Robb begins to spin his chain in a figure of 8 either side of his body, waiting for Demonic to make his move

Demonic's blades hum quietly as the warrior steps forward, brushing red hair back from his face with the pommel of the serrated blade FireGuardian. "Interesting weapon," he admits. "But can you use it?" Giving the smaller blade, Bloodreign, a whirl, he dashes in and makes a quick, hard stab with FireGuardian at Robb's lower ribs.

[Robb]

Not moving from the spot he was standing, Robb spins his chain around, flicking demonics blade a few inches wide of his intended target, before rolling to the side



Well, Im not too shabby



With that, Robb still spinning his chain round charges towards Demonic, before flicking one end of his chain out striaght towards his face

[Minosheep]

Demonic interrupts the deflection right as it's happening--when Robb spins his chain around, Demonic uses Bloodreign to wrench the chain hard by pressing in the opposite direction while using one of the teeth of FireGuardian to catch a link, turning around and releasing his swords--who stay in place of their own will--to give a quick heel kick to Robb's face.

[Robb]

Not having time to move from the kick, Robb takes it full in the face and go's sprawling into the ground, dropping his chain where he was standing previously


hehe, most interesting indeed...



With that, Robb gestures with his hand, as his fallen chain begins to wrap its self arounds Demonics legs...

[Minosheep]

Demonic glances down at this upon feeling it, and smirks. "And now you, defenseless, are the easiest of prey if one of my swords decides to buzzsaw through you." Glancing up at Robb, Demonic shrugs, his swords rotating in the air at his sides. "What'll it be?"

[Robb]

A smile creeps onto Robb's lips

With that, Robb raises his hands, and gestures with one of them for Demonic to bring it on

[Minosheep]

Demonic shrugs, then sticks one hand forward--and suddenly FireGuardian rockets out, spinning like a buzzsaw and trailing flames, horizontal in the air and aimed at Robb's waist. In the meantime, Bloodreign falls swiftly, precisely, to land in between the chain and Demonic's leg, edge pointed outward, the blade rigid.
