Ok lately I've been in a bind for dating... DX and there are so many girls I would love to ask out!!!! It's driving me crazy, There's no end to it all, and I was going to try to ask one of them out today.. But I never got the chance... to. She flirts with me all the time and it's killing me, because I want so bad to just kiss her right then and there, but I can't because were at work... There's two others, ones a personal love issue. And the other I won't say... But god it's driving me insane, I wanted to ask ranei out for a while but I never get the chance to because someone else is always trying to hook up with her. What should I do in this situation? Some words of encouragement, or wisdom would be appreciated. |

First of all, that boss is kinda creepy...
Next i'm gonna tell you what i wish i would have known when i was younger: Date around. Hang out with girls with you like instead of getting attatched. You are still young and maybe just hanging out and getting to know better what you like and dislike will help you better prepare for a woman you truely enjoy. I'm not saying rule out the possibility of a relationship, just don't start it as one.... You understand or am i just muttering incoherently? |

Personally I think it's a bad move to jump in head first.
You could sever any hope of a real relationship by scaring her away.
What you wanna do is try not to get in head over heels, no matter how you feel, because if you smother her she isn't going to like you. I've been in a smothering relationship once before and I know that I did not feel comfortable at all. |

I would choose one and give the rest to Andy(me). 
I would steer away from dating people you work with. If you see each other rarely it is ok. But if you would see each other often and with the boss adding to the situation.... |

Well with more than one gal and a boss mixed in, it sounds like a very flamable situation o.o
Take it from a person who has been in icky mixed-up situations in my younger years (and by which I mean, 15 till 19/20 years) don't get envolved when you know it will most likly get messy. You're young, you have plenty of time to get connected to someone, and rushing into something can end up very bad x.x
Taking a more casual stance is probably a good tactic, dont get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with flirting - but suddenly jumping onto someone can lead to misunderstanding and upset Just enjoy and have fun, respect and keep it all groovy. If a relationship happens, if the chemestry is that strong, then it will happen - No need to rush/force it dood ^.^ |
