i just bought it. Not the most beutiful game i have ever seen, but as most people know, grafix dont make an outstanding game. Gameplay is intresting, i like the whole ticket thing, puts more impasis on staying alive, than the usual FPS rush to the slaugterfeild. Also the diferent kits that you spawn with, rather than picking wepons up from spawn points, makes it so there is no camping the sniper spawn so you get into a game of "Tower of Power". the number of veihicles is impressive, but mostly its a few helecopers a few more tanks, and a jeep and a boat. with diferent models and skins for a few, but preaty much the same functionality. i see the main streangh of this game is strategy, and that will truly shine in the clan matches. when clans can get togeather and strategise beforehand, and then work together to pull it off. all in all i give this game a 7.75 its good and i like it, but its not the best. then again, there are many worse games *cough*ghostrecon*cough* |

If yall bought this for a console, you dont know what your missing. I have been playing BF2 on my comp for 6 months and from everything I have read, the computer version is 10 times better. The expansion came out for it earlier this week, but I gotta wait until my next paycheck to buy it. I cant wait. |

I would of got the PC evrsion, but my pc sucks Donkey Kongs gonads. Plus I didnt pay for it, I got sent it from EA thanks to being Web Master of Gamepulse
Played some of the single player yesterday. and boy is it fun, one scenario had you "Hotswapping" (basically line up someone in the distance on your team in your cross hairs till their logo is white then press y and you swap to them, gives you options to take over a new class or get a better tactical position) backwards and forwards between an Island and Nearby Oilrig to protect them both from Helicopters, Paratroopers, and Guys boarding via Boat.
I can see the online mode being great fun, BUT, I cant see it being as tense as the single player due to the fact its not practical for you to hotswap. |

I just picked up Special Forces today. I'll play BF2 for PC with any of you guys that want to, I doubt I'll get Modern Combat though. I don't do well on FPS's with a controller. |
