Basically the way online works, if you have each other's contact info you can hang out online in or t'other's town. You can either set your town so people on your friend roster can come in and out, or you can go to someone on your friend roster's town. In a way it's good because it prevents random people from axeing your trees without your consent but I would have liked some kind of chat room where you could meet people. Ah Well, suppose that's what message boards are for  |

I didn't get Animal Crossing yet, but I am still planning to. I did get Mario Kart though, anyone interested in throwing down on that? I finally got it running on my wireless router.. turns out I had it set to 802.11g mode only for speed, but the DS uses 802.11b. |

I tried one quick GP online with random people. I found that either I royally suck at Mario Kart, or these guys had some pimped out cars or something. We should start a DS thread for all the WiFi games so we can keep track of who has what.. |
