Expecting the attack, but unable to account for the sheer speed with which Zzyxx executes the manuever, Godwyn is merely able to twist enough so that the enchanted cloth from which his coat is made stops the blade from slicing into him, but it does nothing for the force of the blow. . .or the cold. |

Zzyxx felt his blade stop as if parried, but is unable to see any weapons that could have done such a thing. He leaps back and examines Godwyn closely.

Better lucky than skilled many say, yet myself I prefer to live by better prepared than dead. On that note, I must admit that you have gained the upper hand in this fight." At this, Godwyn salutes Zzyxx with his sword and then bows. |
