Right! You see, as I look over all the stuff we have on our (as in staff of Pocket Otaku) platters I realize, we got ourselves a mega-load of things to do. Now this is all fine and dandy but I'm looking at my May schedule and I gotta think, "How on earth do we get this stuff accomplished?"

Simple, I says! We have several options. Number one. We swab a cheek cell from inside our mouths, put 'em in a glass tube and shoot them over to Scotland for some cloning and then wait several years for our clones to gain the age and intelligence to help. Nah, don?t want everyone to wait even longer. Number two. Paint our faces on paper plates and have "stand-ins". It could work. Or number three. Call in sick to our day jobs and tell them a rabid monkey targeted each one of us and we have been traumatized to the point we can't leave our homes. Don?t think they?ll buy it.

Better yet we can just keep trucking on all the stuff we have to do. I must admit a lot of things have been nuts on my side as American Cancer Society?s Relay for Life is coming up (which I highly suggest anyone in the Atlanta to attend), Anime Central in Chicago approaches and DeeVah (who was also my roommate in Ye Olde PO HQ) has journeyed to his home in Florida to pursue his college degree, which I'm sure I can speak for all of us in wishing him well.

What does this mean for PO? I thought you'd never ask! Well this left me and Punk Rock Girl to literally gutting the apartment, cleaning out the junk (I?m ashamed to have had a net of 3 SUPER DUTY black garbage bags worth of chuckable items in my one bedroom alone), and officially creating ~queues the big drum roll~ Miniopian Studios! Oooooh yes. You read correctly and yes your eyes doth not deceive you! Where once was my living room filled to the brim with computers and staff is now officially separate and complete rooms! I have a real kitchen, a real living room, a real bedroom, and now A REAL STUDIO! I know you may not share the entire enthusiasm I may have for this but this is a big step in the history of Pocket Otaku and of the life of yours truly as it is the first time I?ve have my very own place. ~content sigh~ This also means that I can see about setting up PO Cam or something now that we?ll have our own little haven it?d be kinda neat to show off where all the magic happens. We?ll work on that some more at later time, I think. For now I am working hard on getting the homestead in full order, as there are still organizational things I must complete.
