Zzyxx grinned slightly in anticipation of getting to destroy window panes.
Sure, i wouldn't mind helping at all! HEY! ANYONE INSIDE: BEWARE OF BREAKING GLASS!
With that, Zzyxx lifted up his right hand and began pointing at the panes of glass. He condenced, concentrated and froze water in the air, forming dull shards of ice which he then launched at teh glass. He hit his mark with most of his shots, but he missed and ice thudded off the walls from time to time.
Tch tch, I'm getting far too rusty, my aim is off.

Kudasai arrives to see people setting up speakers turntables and broken glass everywhere. "Looks like a party to me." Kudasai says to himself.
He turns to a very colorful young girl who seems to be orchasrating this shindig.
"Good evening to you Miss, I am Kudasai Hiroki and I couldn't help but notice you're getting ready to have what appears to be a rave."
If there's one thing Kudasai enjoys more than talking in the third person it's a party!
"May I be of any assistance in the preparations?"

Um... ok that's fine I guess. I dunno we need stuff that is UV reactive. You know um yellow, green, and pink, Oh oh and blue! Just takes buckets of paint and toss 'em on the wall. make sure you cover the floor first though...

Kudasai stares blankly at the cans. "How the heck am I going to pull this one off?"

Just then he has an idea. Kudasai takes his sword and pokes small holes in the bottom of the cans and begins to twirl them about creating beautiful streams of color all over the walls floor and celing.

"I wonder if I should have covered the windows and lights before I started this?"

Wow that's pretty cool but maybe you should have covered the floor first? How are we gonna walk around now? and what about the windows? Ryukku pouted.

"Fear not!" Kudasai Has a plan. You see, the floors were already covered with broken glass from Zzyxx's handywork and years of dust. It was going to have to be swept anyway. Kudasai quickly begins to sweep like some kind of mad.... sweeping thing! Soon all the broken glass, the dust and most of the paint were gone from the floor.
"Now," says Kudasai "if we lay down a layer of sealant on the floor and buff it out the paint will be sealed inside and your floor won't be all lumpy from paint splotches on it, and when you use your UV lights the floor will also have a neat color effect although not as much as the walls so it won't be as noticeable. Especially when this place is packed with dancing ravers! What do you think?"

There are only so many people in this world who have such masterful control of ice like you do. I've heard stories of a man fitting your description throughout my journeys. I assumed it was you, apparently I was correct.
