Remembering.....

I don’t really talk about very emotionally painful things with people. I guess its because I don’t wan people to pity me. I have always been a strong person, but at times it gets hard.

This happened 4 years ago, but the pain never goes away.

September 6th 2002 my father passed away. He had 3 massive heart attacks at once. One on the bottom, and one on each side of his heart. It was unexpected, I had just been with him September 5th, and we watched a movie, laughed. I had brought him some food that I had made the night before. Everything was fine, and then I get home that night and find out he is in the emergency room. He was fun loving, and strong. He was my big teddy bear.

He would have the best Halloween Parties. He used to live in a house with a lot of land so he would have bonfires. It was a lot of fun. I remember one year he dressed up as an ICP Member. LOL. That was my dad. Never growing up!

As I sit hear in my cubical trying to stay quiet with my sniffles. I still feel better. I really don’t talk about how I miss him. So thank you for letting me get this out. It was needed.

Things like this are always hard CD.
The best thing to think about is that there were many good and happy times that you had. Remember those. Remember him for who he was. He will always be alive in your heart.

I know how you feel. My father passed away from Hodgkin's when I was 3.
I miss him all the time. But I know he's there. Looking after me. Just like your father is for you.
