Meeting at the Black Forest

"It's is but my choice to fight. I do never flee unless it's something I should be deathly concerned about." Her voice's tone was stern. She glanced over at Demonic before looking back at Alexander, "He is correct. You must explain some more. What is this.. void?"

Whatever it was, cherry blossoms formed into her hand, her thin, Sakura Blade appeared in his hand. Soft yet rough fingers gripped the blades handle and held it down to her side.

The axe came to a halt mid-flight as Eden effortlessly slid into the beast's chest. The sword glowed a luminescent silver, causing the flesh of the beast to sizzle in an intense combination of elements. Tobias pulled the sword out quickly as the arms of the began to give slack. As the sword left its body, Tobias took a small jump, sliding the sword across the beast's neck. Giving it a kick, the creature fell back, it's head rolling forward down the body. Tobias could smell the dank scent of the creature as the elements burned through it's body. That was the way of Eden.

Tobias placed Eden on his back, beginning to anallyze the situation at hand: Why was it back? What did it want this time?

He caught the eyes in the trees almost too late. The blast of fire touched down exactly where he was standing...he had just managed to make a jump out of the way. The explosion threw him back deeper into the woods, slamming him against a great tree. His head was in a daze. In his swimming vision, he only saw a flaming lance.

Sakura's head snapped to the sound of the explosion, "Lucifer, Alexander... Let's go." Her hand tapped the bear on her shoulder to make sure he was there, "Hold on tightly." The bear nodded and clung on as she took off in a faster sprint from before. Using trees to hop off of she finally slowed down as she saw part of the forest ablaze, "What is this? Lucifer, go check to see if anyone is around. I'll look over there. You too Alexander. Go search!"

Demonic gives a resigned sigh as he comes to a stop beside his charge. "Yeah, sure. Fine." He climbs a nearby tree, his weapons floating around him protectively, and begins to search nearby. "Lucifer this, Lucifer that," he grumbles in the meantime. "Sometimes I wonder why I still do this for her...."

Alexander sniffed the air as he caught wind of the foul stench.
"All those stories you hear as a kid, about monsters and boogeymen who would snatch you away in the night and take you far from your home. All those nightmares of things that couldn't possibly be real. All those things, That is what The Void consists of. Boogeymen."
He caught another scent, more familiar.

Lets follow our nose shall we?
Alexander sped off in the direction of the secondary smell.
He came just in time to see Tobias slumped against a tree with a Void beast standing above him.
"Void Scum!" Alexander barked as he drew his revolver.
"You should never have returned to this world."
He fired a shot and his eye pulsed faster.

Hearing the shout, Demonic drops down from the tree to land beside Sakura.

"Suppose we're gonna go help him...." He sighs resignedly, the swords hovering at either side of his body humming softly with the thrill of an oncoming battle.

Her wrist flicked out as she held onto her blade and nodded towards Demonic, "Let's go.." She leaped over and spotted Alexander attacking the Void beast. A brisk, tall leap heightened her and she stabbed her sword into a tree near by, standing on top of it, leaping up to a higher up branch. Her fingers held out and the sword shattered into blossoms and reformed against her palm, fingers curling the handle with a firm hand.

Her eyes focused on the beast from above and turned to stab the sword against the bark for a moment as she started to form a blue-tainted ergy ball containing a bit of a water element to it. Hands split it into multiple smaller ones, releasing it over any fire, letting the energy take in the fire, replacing it with water, sending the flames towards the monster. A sigh left her lips and she stumbled back against the tree, catching her breath, "..why am I so out of energy lately..?"

Retrieving her sword, she leaped down from the branch on top of the beast, stabbing it into it's back in a bold manuever.

He got a hold of reality once more. He noticed the three figures attacking the Void Beast. He knew of one, he was aquianted with the others.

But they didn't need to be involved with this battle: It was his own.

Forcing himself up, he grasped Eden tighty as a cane. He watched the young lady drop down onto the beast. that isn't the smartest of ideas... As easy as it was at creating explosions, the Void-Beast could easily do the same with its own body.

It didn't care anyways...it was just a form to battle the real.

Tobias whipped Eden onto his back and took off towards the beast. He didn't have long to get her off.

Demonic snarls as he runs right up to the monster, ready to go face to face with it. Having noticed the fire, however, he elects to use Bloodreign to strike, holding FireGuardian defensively against the beast's attacks.... And with each score Bloodreign makes against the monster's hide, Demonic grins, relishing the feeling of battle as he weaves through the assault.

Alexander took great care to target vital spots on the Void beast.
None of which seemed to have any great effect.
"What is this thing...?"
He holstered his revolver and drew his scimitar.

Let's see how you like Retribution.

The beast roared under the assault of these fighters.
It hissed as it's eyes began to spark.
Alexander's eye widened.
"It's going to blow! Take cover, Lady Sakura!"
