But, as said before, Batman Begins and Dark Knight are really only connected to the earlier Batman films by character.
I'm with you on PotC 2 being about as good as the first, but Ep3 was fantastic for it's action and all Ep1 had was some good lines and Ewan McGregor (not complaining, he is my man-crush) in an over-too-quick final battle.
Also, I still haven't seen the King Kong remake, but I hear it was very well done. |

Ok, that was more of a bitter cynical statment about the quality of some of the remakes, sequals, based on something else movies that they make. I didn't literaly mean every movie that is a remake, sequal, etc... was a flop, I like 300 and all the LOTR, and SW ep 2&3, its just generaly speaking, they dont have the motivation (like with LOTR) to make it a good sequal. |

BK, Legend can't be swayed on this. I'll tell you that now. She's a fan girl of Liam Neason. Let's put it this way, Ep3 would have been much higher on the list if the ACTUALLY SHOWED Yoda talking with Qui-gon at the end! Much higher on my list too actually.
For me. I still like 6 the best... Before the whiney ass Hayden Christiansan bitched to be Anikan at the end. Ewan did bitch and moan until they put HIM in. Bastard! But of the new 3... I really don't have a favorite. They all have there good parts, but they all have there horrible parts too. Ep3 for instance was HORRIBLE with all the cheesy ass love crap! Amadala went from bad ass to horrible house wife and it was annoying!
Doot, I was joking about the Batman thing. I mainly put it up there b/c the will both be Batman/Joker movies. How close the story will be... well I guess we'll find out... next year  |
