BUt is that all that you are applying for? If so that could be the problem. Sometimes we have to take things we dont really like, in order to eventually make our way to where we need to be. I would guess over 75% of us arent exactly happy doing what we do, but we do it anyways.
(not saying you arent of course, since I dont really know your situation, just thinking that could be a problem as well.) |

I apply at a billion places and usually get called back within a week or sometimes get hired on the spot. I got hired at Wal-Mart once before I had even bearly started filling out my app. The trick is selling yourself some people are good at it some arn't. |

It's true but I don't really have any other skills besides computers, and shipping and packing. I've tried fast food and the last fast food place I worked for royally screwed me over, by cutting my work time down to one day a week making my pay check nothing more than 50$ I will never go back to fast food. |

You could always try other stuff, though. Secretary/receptionist jobs work with computers a lot. Retail works with a cash register, which is sort've computer related.
And, like I said, daycares are always looking for people. You don't have to have many skills for that, but lots of patience, the ability to clean, and an aware attitude. It's a fun job most of the time, it's just hard because they're always low on staff. |

week points involve handling money so i try to stay away from being a cashier. |

there's always data entry jobs needed, allover the place. I found a ton on Monster.com when i was looking around. |

Well for warehouse work and such..have you applied at places like Home Depot and Lowe's? Im working at Lowe's after I had to let my other job go. From what I see..its not hard work..and a breeze to get hired in if you have the right attitude. Thats definatly something you should check out. ^_^ |
