even reminds me of my own hair...I don't know what I to do with it cut-wise so I'm letting it grow out. I'm not loving it but I'mkeepingit for the sake that my family hates it. 
My grandma makes some sort of reference to it every time I see her...gets annoying but, its worth it for the defiance factor.

hehe..it started like that for me...then everyone appreciated the longer hair...and now its pretty damn long...to the actual ponytail length.
If the length is really bothering you, try using Goggles or something to keep it up. I would do that at work, and people liked it.
Alas, I'm a unique mutha trucka.

I never realized how hot longer hair can get...especially with this scorching weather...I am teh Scrunchy Queen!...Although I really wish that my hair was thick enough to hold my new Chococat hair clips...but they fall out.  |

lol...hair does get hot in the summer.
And sometimes, some guys look better with the shorter hair. I don't happen to be one of those guys. |
