Fumenshou the japanese term for sleeplessness, restlessness and insomnia. Has hit me since I started doing papers, at night for three nights it has totally screwed up my internal clock and sleep schedule. I've been up since 11am yesterday and tis now 5:30am today. By the time you rad this it will probably be noon or so.. So if you could please and if you can please suggest things that will help me get sleep. From this day forth I would appreciate it greatly.

Anything Lavender worked for me when I was having insomnia issues, I use lavender bubble bath while having a soak in the evening now just to make sure (sure I smell a bit girly but aftershave and deodorant covers that up!), also an oil burner with lavender oil or putting some fresh lavender in your bedroom can work wonders...

If you can find something that will work, massage is good for putting people to sleep.

I wish I had that problem. Mine is pretty much the opposite. I'm always tired. At least you can get things done.
Turkey has triptophan (sp?) which is a chemical that causes drowsiness, but the turkey should be warm. I would also suggest not doing anything in front of a computer screen for a while, but something relaxing, like take a bath with a good book.
