Honestly, i think she was planning to do a new sex tape with the Sheriff.
But thats just me.
But alas, you guys have a point, she was give hope of not taking a jail sentence, and it was dashed by his stupidity in the matter.
I stil think though that she deserves to go to jail, and her crying about it doesn't really help either. She might as well accept it, and be a model for other celebrities out there, telling them that They are not Invincible.
