If you ever plan on buying a house or even renting a car or home your credit affects you. It even affects your credit card and almost every aspect of your financial life so you want to make sure you have it under wraps and don't take a big hit, regardless of whether or not you "intend" to take out a loan or not. |

Unless you plan on paying for a car in the future, with cash, in full, you'll be getting at least that loan. Then unless you plan to do the same for a home sometime in the future, again, you'll need a loan.
It sucks but what can we do in todays world if we arent loaded? lol |

this may be true, so let me rephrase. 
As of right now, in the near future, I don't think I will need another loan, as for in the distant future I probably will.

I worked for a company that gave moola to injured workers.
If they found out you lied and ended up stealing even $1 they would spend $10000 to persecute you.
Banks are the same way, they need to make examples of people so others know you can't mess with them.
It's unfortunate but if you remember the Great Depression it was partly caused by people taking loans or buying on credit with no intention of paying them back. |
