Ok it is time for the author to turn to the audience and ask opinion...
I have been offered a decent maufacturing job where i would be cutting foam and fabric but i am a bit nervous about taking the job since there is a small issue about what all the company is making/selling. The foam is used in making gaming chairs, foam mats, and various normal items but it is the other use that is kind of making me on edge even though i consider it itself a valid use. it is used to make Liberator adjustable foam structures for sexual use to allow for new positions and some of the fabric is used to make dildo bags. added to this the boss seemed a little seedy and i was made especially nervous by the coffee table covered with Pyrex dildos, plugs, and g-spot reachers. i used to be more ok with these things but as of late they make me on edge.
now my question to y'all is...Think i should take the job? i need a job but do i need this?  |

it makes me nervious since the guy reminded me of a porn directior and the area leading in was makeing my precinence go "dont go in! something is wrong here!" everytime i dont trust that intuiton, something bad happens...like my current legal issues.

i have 2 more days to say yes or no to the job and am madly searching for a more...mainstream job. if i took it i would keep looking since i need the $. |

I guess the question you need to ask yourself is if the uncomfortable situation is worth the money to you.
I usually say no job is worth the stress of being bothered every day (which is why I will never work in a techie field again), although sex toys wouldn't bother me. It's not like they're used. |

I agree with teh Buda, if it makes you uncomfortable then keep looking, and keep this one as a fall back. Me I alsways find it important to be comfortable where ever you work at. So unless you really need this job, keep looking. |
