Hells yeah!
I'm all over this. I'm a huge fan of the TC series.

And this one is adding an FPS the way I want to play an FPS!! Move around... shoot the screen!

You know... like Red Steel... but... good!

Time Crisis 4 for PlayStation 3 will be an arcade port of the arcade version with the addition of a original game mode called the "full mission mode," where you play as Lieutenant Colonel William Rush. The game will be more like a first-person shooter, as opposed to the normal gun shooting, since players will use the dual analog stick on the Guncon 3 to move around and shoot enemies.

The pricing and release date of Time Crisis 4 has not yet been set in Japan -- but is it coming here? Probably.

This should be good. Admittedly, I haven't finished the story mode of Time Crisis 3 yet, but that's due to a lack of CRT in my life (and that it's pretty beastly hard in several places). Should be very interesting to see how things turn out on the PS3.

Hmm, have you heard the placements of the sticks though, ones on the side of the gun, and ones on a handle nearer the front of the gun, hardly practical... and all this makes me think of is Resident Evil Surivor.

Yeah I'm with Riva. While Resident Evil Gun Survivor was an FPS gun game, it was a bit easier on rails and less clunky.

Yeah the gun looks weird.



I'm not sure I like how it's set up...
A friend of mine and I had this idea like 12 years ago, but then, I didn't have the resources to do anything about it. Difference was that the piece that the left hand is on, was separate.

I have a feeling if the piece that is on the left hand isn't removable, I'm going to end up modding the thing so that it is.

That's a very weird-looking setup. Doesn't really seem to be something workable. If you're going to use analog sticks, that would not be the place I would think of putting them. Maybe on the underside of the barrel, but not off to the side like that.
