The spray companies are signed on by contracts every year drafted at the beginning of the fiscal year for the state.
Most State fiscal years begin in July.
Which means last year after a year of hurricanes and blustery weather they signed a year long contract to spray for bugs.
Then a drought happenned. Guess what the contract is still active if the duty is not performed the sprayers fail to fullfill and can be sued by the state. Also next year if they want to get hired on then they need to show they can handle the job. |

I worked for the government personally, my dad was a contractor that took many government build projects, I read about the government on a daily basis, I love though I seldom follow budgets, and I listen to talk radio over normal radio like 90% of the time I listen to the radio. |
