Actually my mommy told me I never cried. I would like hurt myself and get into crap and never made a sound.
I was completely independent from birth.

I cant believe how addiction to MMOs is getting so bad. The funny thing is that someone I know went through something... rather unique... because of an MMO.
He let his apartment burn down because he wouldn't stop playing Star Wars Galaxies and even after he took 5 minutes to extinguish the fire, he wouldn't leave the place filled with smoke. He actually put a damp towel over his head and laid on his stomach on the floor in front of his laptop because he couldn't stop playing. Some of his friends made him log off so he could take care of his problem and he eventually did.
After this experience he quit playing MMOs until City of Heroes. (He's still addicted to that one.) |

I've heard of things like this(parents killing/neglecting their kids because of MMOs) happening in asian countries (namely Korea), but not so often here. Had to happen eventually, I guess.
Although the part where the girl's hair was matted down because of cat urine really got to me. I hope the parents get a good legal smack-down. >_<
And yes...too many stupid people have babies. >_> |

Like I said in the news thread, this is just fuel for the fire for anti-video game groups. Guys like Jack Thompson and Joe Lieberman are just looking for stuff like this to happen so that they have something to use against the pro-video game crowd. |
