*spoiler alert* Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

I admit that I cheated and have already read the Epilogue. Nice to find out through that who survived.

I've gotten through the first chapter thus far...seems preety good. It helps to have the same actors reprise their rols, you can kind of run all this through like a movie. I'm just a slow reader too. I don't know how ppl can enjoy the book reading it in a matter of hours.

I didn't know/remember there was a 3rd sister to Malfoy's mother...I only remembered Bellatrix...interesting how Tonks is tied to the Malfoys like that.

They bring it up in both OotP and HBP, I believe, that Tonks is related to Malfoy and all that.

I remember them mentioning it when Sirius was talking about Andromeda being his favourite cousin, and Harry going "Wait, you're related to -Malfoy-?" and stuff.

We're going to have one in our Encyclopedia, actually.

But yeah, having the Tapestry as a visual aid would be nice.

I don't know. The more I think about it, the more it grows on me, as a whole. My first reaction was disappointment, but now I'm starting to get there. I still think the whole Dumbledore thing was unnecessary, though.

Theres family tree's for the Blacks/Malfoys, Potters, Weasleys and a couple other families on Wikipedia.

Wiki has a bunch of info on HP...I didn't have time yesterday to see if theyhad something like that...but today is really busy and I'm sadly going all ADD all over the place and can't concentrate.. Neutral

I'd be really happy right now to be at home reading than to be working...eeew!

Oh hell!

Hedwig dies? That poor bird has gone through so many bumps and bruises in that cage and all she gets out of it is killed...and to top it off, she was mad at Harry the entire time before it all.

Sure, not having to lug around a big birdcage wherever you go is helpful but, poor old Hedwig.

On the same note on timing, why didn't Harry use "accio" to retreive his broom? Sure, there was a lot going on but, he needs his broom.

It looks like I'll be posting my Book 7 commentary in here as I read...funny how I think I'm the only one who actually hasn't finished reading it yet...hehe I'm loving all the bad puns that are in this one...they get to actually act like they're 16-17.

Right now I'm at the stopping point where George and Lupin are back, and his missing ear.....lovely.
