Hey all. Our lovable lurker (troll in una-speak) Bishop and his family are moving into their new apt on Wed afternoon. I've already promised to help but he could really use a few extra hands to make this a little easier. So far the details are as follows:
Hes moving from Austell/Powder springs area up East West Connector/Barrett Pkwy to Kennesaw. I have to go pick him up as soon as I get off work to get him to his storage/truck rental place before they close at 5. He will be home (I think) all day. I'm going to try to leave work about 30 mins early to make sure I can get him there. Gonna load up furniture at the storage place, head back to his parents place to grab a few more pieces and then truck it over to his new place. His new place is on the 2nd floor and I would LIKE to get all of the big stuff on one trip. I'll probably load some small stuff in my car if it'll fit.
I think we (Bishop and I) can get the stuff on the truck no problem, but he could really use the extra help unloading it and getting it up the stairs. So any local area POs that would like to help please PLEASE let me know here. I'll post more information as I get it or Bishop stops in and does it himself. |
