I was out driving today, like I do at the Brown, and was feeling kinda tired - it had been a long day already and I still had several miles ahead of me. The sun was beginning to set in the west plains, caressing Anna, Celina, Weston, and other small towns with the last kiss of daylight. Suddenly, a spirit overtook me, the sun was brilliant but not overbearing, the air was cool and gentle like a kiss, the grass was long and inviting...then a verse struck me
The best cup of tea
is one I never had
With my heart as the flavor
and my body the bag
Thanks for letting me share that mates. |
