I've had problems with printing ever since they upgraded me to a new laptop. SO, I've had the local IT guys at my desk 3 times now trying to fix this problem.

But what the bigger problem for me is, the IT guy reeks of cologne. The kind that's so strong you smell him coming and going. I can't even sit in my own cube while he's there.

And what really sux now...he was sitting in my chair for maybe 30-40 minutes, so my chair smells like it...and I'll prolly start smelling like it!

I know some ppl react differently to colognes but geez, this dude either pours it on or is so used to it himself that he can't even tell anymore.

And my printing problem is only half fixed.

The other day UP and I were walking the dog, and there was this guido kid walking about 20 feet in front of us, and I could smell his (bad) cologne. Now, I don't wear cologne all that often, but I do know that if people can smell it more than maybe 2 feet away from you, you probably have too much on.

And if you're going to wear cologne, spring for something unique smelling. Everytime I smell somone's cologne, it smells EXACTLY the same.

I'm one who's chemistry causes fragrances to just fade away on me...good for others...annoying for me.

Dloe's mom is one who you can put just a drop of perfume on and it smells like half the bottle....but I've seen her put it on..and she wears less than I do.

I still smell that damn cologne BTW Sad

While guys wearing too much cologne is annoying and obnoxious, nothing nauseates me more than the pungent crap that old ladies wear en masse.

there are two smells that REALLY annoy me (and i can tell them from a mile off...because i have a friggen great sense of smell): The smell of old ladies perfume, and the smell of perfume that smokers wear.

I can spot a smoking woman from a mile away and i can tell an old woman jsut from stentch. Trust me, its noticable.

Now, i do have to say, that i like the smell of CLEAN. And that is usually derived from SOAP...not cologne or perfume.

Anywho, this turned into a rant of some sort, since i've been greeted at work by a cacophany of pungent and horrible smells (included with old and smoker have been guido, teeniebopper overwash, and dirt. That's right...dirt.)

My chair finally aired out after forcing me to leave early yesterday.

I can't stand smelling smokers, they reek of stale smoke all the time, its nasty. That's at least one nod I can offer to smoking cloves...you at least smell better than a regular smoker. And its a smoke I'm not allergic to...being around Kugyou all the time in college+ proved that.

What's getting me now is someone's nasty smelling lunch. It makes the whole side of our floor stink. it really sux to step off the elevator and smell something bad from the breakroom...*twitch

you know, i don't reallly have a problem with food smells. It's the thing that lets me know where I am (for an example, the smell of my house is like hispanic/italian food.)

PS: The guy next to me in editing is eating a burger, and it smells SOOOO GOOD.
