InDis - Ep 007 - GotY!

Jason’s son was in town over the weekend, so Chris took his first stab at editing. He is (read I am) not nearly as good at it as Jason is, but he did his best. Hopefully it’s still tolerable

In this episode, Jason, Geoff and Chris talk about how little they have been playing over the week of Christmas. We, also, do a very untraditional approach to game of the year. We take what we agreed to be the 10 best games of the year and talk about them one at a time. We do the same with portable games and downloadable games since they never seem to get enough love this time of year. Listen to hear what we think about this year in gaming.

MASS EFFECT!

Yup... turns out that we all liked Mass Effect just enough to beat out Uncharted. The way we did it... the 10 games we mention on the show, we listed them from 1 to 10 and each game at #1 got 10 points... #2 got 9 and so on. Here's how it came out. Show below is the # of points earned, the game, then where each of us ranked the game.

C = Chris = Me

Which reminds me, I finally beat Uncharted, which is funny cuz I wanted to beat Assassin's Creed first. But anyway, I liked the Uncharted story. It gets creepy in the end with the curse and all that shit.

Also, Steve Blum (the voice of the dubbed Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop) is in Uncharted. He's actually a descendant. (You know the "enemies" that appear in the end)
