TOTAL BS! They eff up and then make it look like we did.

Here's the email I got, I'm sure you all got it too

"We have received your request to cancel the item(s) listed
below from your order (#2677303139724).

We will attempt to cancel this order, however, we may
already have processed your order for shipping. If you need
to contact us about this order, please call us at 1-800-966-6456
between 6 a.m. and 1 a.m (CT), seven days a week."

This was followed by another email

"The item(s) listed below from order (#2677303144699) have been canceled.

They "will attempt to cancel" the order. Now of course I didn't request to cancel my order. This is crap, at least be honest and explain the mistake. All they did was act like it the customer decided they didn't want it. Total crap.

I didn't expect that they would honor such a gross price mistake. There's no way anyone will let brawl go for less than retail. It's a guaranteed triple A title.

Well at least they have addressed the problem and admitted it was their mistake. All of you that preordered, look for your $10 Walmart.com credit. I'd rather have the game for $20 but...
