Jebus H Christo!!! This was a BLAST!! I went on saturday, and I thought AWA was big...this con was HUGE!!!!
Didn't know if any other POs managed to make the trek up to my neck of the woods, but man, if you did, please share. As soon as I get my pictures up and running, I'll give you all a peepsorz into what it was like down there.

I believe K-Chan was there as well. I vow to one day make it to Comic-Con to nerd out to the highest degree possible. Did you see the screening for the Batman anime/Dark Knight Prequel? |

I was there this weekend as well! It was a lot of fun. I actually found it to be smaller than I expected, but I suppose Dragon*Con has spoiled me rotten.
I was very impressed though by the lengths to which some exhibtors went to snaz up their booths. Also, I pretty much earned the price of my ticket back in free books being given out by the publishers. It was so awesome, and I got to meet Jim Butcher who writes the Dresden Files. Squeeee.

I didn't see the batman previews, but I did get to go to the Venture Bros. Panel and see the previews for season three of The Venture Bros. I was teh happy.
And yea, the booths were really shnazzied up. I also thought it was awesome that Dark Horse was right at one of the entrances. Soo good. As well, Free comic-age is awesome as well. Picked up a zombie flick that if you spent 5 bucks, they drew you a picture of yourself as a zombie and gave you several more issues. Sweet Deal! |

My only regret is that I had no moeny to spend that weekend. There was some awesome Star Wars merch. from Japan in the Dealers Den. My life seems emptier knowing that I do not have the R2-D2 pepper grinder.  |

Some things in live just aren't worth living without...*dreams of R2-D2 pepper grinder* Le Sigh...
I did see someone driving around with a R2D2 license plate the other day incidentally.
Did anyone catch any news on the new Clone Wars animated series movie (or is it a series)? |
