I have to say... the game seems easy... then I got to the last boss and couldn't figure out how the hell to beat him. Had to do it in coop.  |

The last boss is tricky, the key is explosives, torque bow and sniper rifle. He surrounds himself with the batshield a lot at which point you can't hit him. When he sends them out is your chance to snipe him in the face for tons of damage, but you can make the fight MUCH easier if you grenade him or peg him with a torque bow. Either of those will cause his bats to die and you can peg him a couple times before the bats come back.
And yes, I'm also offering my services to anyone who wants to Gears it up on Insane in the membrane mode.

Yeah that was never my issue... although I have to admit, I went back to the game when I was really close to the end, so I was a little rusty. Aiming wasn't going all that well.
It was running from one side of the field to the other. |

As long as you're quick with your actives, and have 4 grenades, you dont need to run at all wait for him to approach, light him up with a torque to blast the kryll, throw all four grenades, have your sniper put away empty so that it's ready to reload when you re-equip it, HEADSHOT HIM, torque, torque, torque, torque, torque, torque, torque
