Fire Emblem GB adv

So i bought this because it caught my eye like 2 weeks back and I'm sucked into it. It's a tactics game with a move then attack system. It is rather fun, i love the story line. Reminds me of FFV I want to say. Just wondering if anyone has any info on this or what not. I'm at chapter 30 so I'm well into it.

I got that when i got my GBA. Twas very fun indeed. The only thing is when you break the game wide open at the first side mission, when you power-level a bunch of your characters at the arena in the port town.

is he? I much prefer Lyn. She kicks the @$$ and as blade lord, it's nice. I don't like Eliwood though, just to homo for me lol

Problem with Lyn is that in later levels her strength is too low without using the Sol Katti to scratch most enemies. That said, my use for her was as a caster/archer assassin with a Killing Edge or a Silver Sword.

Eliwood sat on the sidelines for the most part; average at everything = sucky at killing things by the game's end. Not a very useful character at all.

Hector just steamrolls everything in his path. Caster, wyvern lord, paladin, doesn't matter. They can't hurt him, and he sure as hell can hurt them.

Priscilla is another overpowered character; if you missed your opportunity to pick her up, you're missing out. Though she starts as a Troubador, when you get her to 20 and give her a Guiding Ring, she becomes a Valkyrie and will kill anything. The best place for that is the chapter with the pirates where you recruit Canas; there's an arena, so if you're careful you can get everyone to 20 there, including your healers. Knight and Hero crests follow soon after.
