I dont have paid channels anymore - i miss my HBO/SHO etc etc
I was really looking forward to this one too - maybe i can add ONE paid channel eh? |

I only have HBO...granted its 14 channels but only like $13 more. I'm already spending $125 for HD Cable/internet, so whats another $13 for 14 more channels.
I was nervous about my decision at first, but I dont regret it at all. I LOVE IT!!!

Melissa is curious but I have to say Anna Paquin is a terrible actor. I'm sure the other actors are doing well though. |

She does pretty good on the show honestly, I wasnt really a fan of hers until the show. All the actors compliment each other pretty well. They have a good cast I think.
If you have HBO I'd say at least give it a shot. Plus there's boobies in the show, lots of em =P lol |

Watching the Netflix route, and finding that the show is extremely well written and done. The actors may or may not be the best for the roles, but the roles are well written. |

I'm a little confused about this show. I have not seen it yet. Its supposed to start showing over here sometime this fall.
But from what I have read there is one thing that I don't understand. Stellan Skarsgård role is that of a viking vampire right?
There is no viking vampire in the books. (At least not in te first one that I have read.) Is he replacing the werewolf? |
