There are ears and a beast face ... yes.
In other news... I am now not sure if I'm going to be playing this game.
I went to buy my 6-month sub yesterday morning. Clicked on the special subscriptions link, and I got a message that the site was down.
Later that afternoon... they say they are "out" of the subscriptions and will not be offering them anymore.
Not sure if I'm happy enough with the game to pay $15/month for it. |

They're "out" of subscriptions?
Like they bake them or something?
Ouch.
Well the Xb version has to run thru XBL, right? Has there ever been a game on XBL that has done their own subscription rates? |

Yes... PSU and FFXI
However... due to that, you can play those with Live Silver.
Gold account is not required if you have a sub to the game. |

Looks like they reinstated the subscriptions b/c there was so much response to them.
A forum topic with over 1300 posts... mostly of people saying how they aren't going to play or buy the game anymore.
So yeah... good on Cryptic for fixing that. |

Just picked up my product key this morning (if you had the beta you just needed a quick patch for the live) and am waiting for server to reboot so I can get to creating my character. I've done some basics on paper, here's what I got:

In other news, I have only 1 character, and I'll show them off later, since I'm at work and they block Photobucket.
Anyway, I am deeply enjoying this game. Just the fact that it plays like a hack & slash MMO is great! Though, I enjoy it better when I party up. The problem is that Shino rarely ever plays! GRR
In any case, we have an SG going. It's called VGEvolvers (Thanks Shino for the name) and we have a few people that can invite, including Shino and myself. We keep adding more and more people to the SG, so if you guys pick it up, make sure to add me and I'll send you an invite to the SG! |
