I'm alive and well as well. Own a house, have an okay job, a fiance, and good friends. Just been busy as hell.

I lurk, for sure, therefore...I maybe am.

But for sure, I'm coming to ATL on 4/1/11, looking to get some drinks and merriment with anyone interested. Available for libations 4/1 after 9:30pm or all day 4/2. 4/3 I'll be in the Georgia Dome for Wrestlemania then "lea-ving on a jet-plane" on 4/4. Hope to see some of the ATL PO's!

School is...
Interesting for my nerves.

Right now we have an assignment where we are supposed to draw three horror themed pictures in ink.
Then in a few weeks we have a poster assignment due and we are doing an atleast five pages long comic book for that time too.
And then there is the graphic profile that needs to be done for a fake business. And its logo, business cards, document papers, color schemes and other stuff around that.

And at the same time I want to draw my own pictures too...

Life has been moving fast around here for me.
I am going to be an uncle myself as my little sister is preggers with her first. I also have been busy helping teach CNC machining at SPSU while trying to launch a firm for producing robots and automation as well as custom manufacturing...

Seriously though I have been trying to get a grant written to produce a promotional robot for Southern Polytechnic State University.

Would like to try and bump into more POs soon and a couple months back I think it was I saw CK at Battle and Brew playing Street Fighter 4. Maybe we could have a general reunion of sorts?

What I'm totally bummed about is the fact that the Role Playing sections literally haven't been used in years. I mean... come on! What happened to getting a pint down at the Pub? Where are the adventures? Seriously.
However, I agree that times are tough and people are focused on their own lives. Besides the fact that now we have Facebook cutting in on our game. I mean, we were a "Social Network" long before people started using "Poke" buttons. And, unlike Facebook, we have no mobile app, which makes it less convenient, especially as we get used to having instantaneous access to Social Networking sites from anywhere in the world. Thus we have less traffic.
Doot also makes a fabulous point. Since we are no longer offering new POs, it creates less of a draw.
Be that as it may, I shall always have a fondness for Pocket Otaku, and always think of all of you with joy and happy memories. I hope that, wherever all the POs may be, those that read this, those that don't; those that are long gone, those that will always remain; those who remember, and those that forgot, I hope that all will keep the spirit of PO alive, wherever the road may take them.
