Assassinations - I won't do them, but I'll plan them

Here's the deal: Someitmes, people need to assassinate someone. It may be to get something out of their system, it may be because they are an annoying sibling, it may be jealousy. The reason doesn't matter, whatever it is, I'll help you plan it.

I'm going to need a few more details first. How old is he, what are his interests, what are his relative height and weight, be more specific. Habits, too, if you know any. That can help a lot.

Hmmm, I'd like to know how to remove important politicians from the game without being cought ... I've considered the idea of a "car accident" but I have no car, and it would be temping to put money on weapons and munitions rather then on one single crapy car that might not have what it takes to ride its way pass the "presidential limousinie"

People, I'm going to need some more information than this. All the things listed above for Lanfear are highly relevant with assassinations. BWS, I'll at least need to know political party for this person. That way, it can seem like more of an accident, or even a planned attempt from someone on the other party.
