brakege wise, ive broken my wrist (hairline fracture) and broken my pinky toe.
Other than that, ive never had a problem with needles. I even enjoy watching the doctor stick the needle under inside my flesh. Its pretty cool.
My suggestion to those you cant take needles, if you are really afraid, just look away, and think about something else, and you wont really even feel it. For those who are braver, just stare right at the needle head, and watch EVERYTHING. 10 bucks says that you will go get a shot the next time, and you wont have a problem

Glad it's nothing TOO too serious Kat. I've had 6 surgerys. I have holes in my ear drums from 4 sets of ear tubes. Some never fell out. And I have gerd a.k.a acid reflux. The only nice thing besides being pampered a bit is that I always get ice cream afterwards!!!!! YUM!!!! P.S. the casty foot brace thing will help to heal your foot and it looks cool. At least I think so. Ewww Tobs I HATE needles but I don't wince when I get shots. I agree it's somewhat facinating to watch the doc or nurse stick the needle into your skin.What I think REALLY hurts (and this is kinda wimpy) are those little finger pricks!!!! OUCH!!!!!  |

Isn't it boring Katana! When I had my MRI I had to hold perfecxtley still for 1 hour. But that was in 1999. Awhile ago! It's REALLY hard! I know! Hope you had ice cream or something special afterwards!  |

im acciddent prone.im always in and out of hospitals A&E.i mean the docotr actually recongnises me in bedford hospital.ive broken many things and im always in either bandages or in the hopsital.i mean i broke my metatarsals(the little bones in my foot for those who dont know)playing hockey,i ripped the tendons on the same foot a few weeks after the other injury had healed,ive sprained my wrist countless times,ive cracked my elbow,almost had my nose broken,the cartilidge is slightly cracked but oh well,ive twisted my ankles and dislocated both my shoulders and my little toe which is now double jointed which is really really freaky.mind u it was my own fault for swinging on the arm of the chairs. |
