For all you wondering CIA was made for a counter intelligence device made in 1947 to conteract the growing number of outer-American hostiles. IE, a bureau designed to actually TELL us when people like Hitler emerged.
What's funny is that black people (Racist Black people mind you) say the CIA put crack on the streets. In case you weren't payin any attention the CIA is EXTERNAL counter intelligence. The FBI is INTERNAL. CIA STOPS things from getting in. Once they're in they theorectically give the case to the FBI to take care of.
And since the CIA was formed almost (If not more) than 50 years after slavery was lifted, which was like 1880 or somethin. so I'm thinkin chances are that they couldn't care less about the black community.
Oh yeah, and the news shut up about SARS so maybe my column helped. |
