Tobias smiles, finally, and continues at his same pace: "The story of my life...not uneventful"
Tobias and Sperrit continue to hike towards the mountains. As they walk, Tobias notices something...an uneasiness in his chest. A burning sensation started to fill his heart. Finally, the weather started to get cooler, and both travelers started to feel the walk start to incline. The first leg of their journey had started... |

The two come to the foot of the mountains. Sperrit pauses.
"Okay... here's the deal. This is a rather large mountain range, called the Peaks of Flame. They're volcanic and still fairly active... there are two races that live in these peaks, and I'm hoping we can avoid them both, because running into either of them could get pretty ugly. However, if we keep to the path I'm sure we'll be fine...."
Sperrit pushed down a large feeling of dread in his throat and started up the steep path. |

Tobias looked up the range: "Your scared of something here...though you shouldnt have a problem...u are on a fairly large earth fragment here, so i dont think that your earth powers will faulter here."
