i am so damn sleep deprived!!!
its not fair!!! im tired during the day but too busy to sleep and then im not tired at night... so i stay up late doing nothing so i dont wake anyone else up (lucky bastards) and then im tired again in the morning...
am i allergic to the sunlight or something?
and school starts tomorrow... damn. class will put me back to sleep. greeaat...
does antone know how to make me sleep without using any drugs (even legal ones)? |

ive posted several posts of this in the past...i have the worst case of insomnia or whatever it is on earth...i get sometimes..
(get this) 2-4 hours of sleep a week...so i know exactly how you feel...

oh yea, i helped doot out with this one once though...lavender...get lavender candles and make your room smell as lavender-ish as possible before and while you sleep...it really does work...its the legal cure for insomnia.
(nothing works for jake here...cant sleep...ever..) |

go back to the senisance festival.. you can buy lavendar as a dried heb and use it as pouperi ( sp? ) that will help... or maybe you can try getting a more comfy bed
thanks to mine i can sleep up to 14 hours in one period of sleep :anime:

i know how you feel, im somehow awake and asleep at the same time and the sun burns my eyes. walk around with sunglasses and it shouldnt bother ya too much  |

lan you know me and now that school has started I am now setting back into my 3-4 hr nights. and even those few hours are beginning to become the same type of problem as last year. |
