The Cubs were doing really well. Last I'd looked on the game it was three to zero and they were in just about sixth inning.
Of -course- everything went wrong right after that. *sobs* the Marlins got EIGHT POINTS FROM GOD. And so, the Cubs lost. On top of that, some poor Cubs fan nearly got the crap beat out of him because he tried to catch a ball that Alou (one of the Cubs) was trying to catch, and made Alou miss it, keeping the player in the game and making it only a foul or something. Who knows. Point is, it helped with those lovely eight points, so many Cubs fans were ready to maul him.
I swear, if they lose tomorrow, I'll probably start crying. >_< they've been doing so WELL! >____< |

Aww...i heard about that! Im really upset about that! But we all know that the cubs are gonna win the series and play against the Yankees.

Man, I hope the Cubs get to the Series. As much as I'm probably gonna catch a lot of flack for this one (being a Yankee fan and all...), but I'm sorta hoping for a Cubs vs. Sox Series. I know that what I just said was blasphemous being a Yankee fan, but I actually respect the Sox. They're not a bad team at all, and if they go to the Series, you better believe I'm cheering them on. A Sox and Cubs World Series would be great...both teams deserve it a lot. |
