Shall I die today? - Or another day?

So I was invited by a few friends of mine to go see Die Another Day tonight at 9:40pm. Late show, yes. Let me say that at first the only reason I wanted to see the movie was 'cause Halle Berry is one'a the better-looking peeps in hollywood in my opinion <^.->

And now I'm suffering from sensory overload.

Wow.

Out of all the Bond flicks I've actually seen in theatres, I'd definately say this was my favorite. The music was beautifully pulled off, the movie in general was completely different than I anticipated. The opening sequence definately goes up for my favorite little snippet of CGI ever done. There's a whole lot of references to older Bond movies too, which was really cool.

And the plot actually kept me guessing the whole way thru.

Lovely.

Oh, and Halle surprised me too. Here I was thinking she'd just be the random Bond chick, but no she kicks ass too! Sweet..

Anyways, I'll shatup an' let'cha go see it too.

Agreed. I'm not a Bond otaku (;P) by any means, but I've seen all of the recent movies, as well as a few of the older ones, and I really liked this one. The action sequences were fantastic, the plot was cool, and there were some really cool twists thrown in to keep you on your toes. The only thing that I didn't really like was the BLATANT sexual innuendo peppered throughout the movie. I mean, I like sex jokes as much as the next guy, but they need to be a bit more subtle about it :P

Not only that, but, at least in the movie theatre near me, it comes with the Nemesis, Two Towers, AND Daredevil trailers! Oh, baby!

All in all, great movie -- highly recommended!

Halle Berry. Yup. Worth the whole thing just to see her. And I have no problem with saying that.
As far as the movie goes I'd have to say that it was typical Bond. This one gives you all the things that you expect in a Bond movie. There wasn't anything that really leaped out at me that made this one any better than any of the others, but that isn't to say that all the others aren't also good. Cause they are.
