It is a good approach to have, maybe a bit bold, but still, good. It is very optimistic and positive ... but I almost feel hurt for people like you as I see them go on such path, for I see it as a harsh one for myself (which is why I do not have the same aproach, still, I can tell yours is good for we are different people, and it can be easier for you to live that way, and bring you more good then any other ways).

I know we can't escape pain ... but the way I see it, is like you running on ice, unless you have good shoes, you will be vulnerable to fall many times, falls being more and more damagedful time after time ... I know I don't have good shoes to have such an approach, hell I most of the time am bare-footh or with sandals, but I know it, and it is why I walk causiously on the threatening icy path that is the one of finding a soulmate/lover.

I hope my methaphor wasn't too confusing ^^; I'd understand if you'd need explainations right now, insomnia is kicking in here so ... my brain can end up formulating funny stuff at times Rolling Eyes

I am bold and positive for I have found my soulmate...although he wears size 16 shoes and I only wear a 9 in womens. ( It somehow makes sense)

All people are different. So if you get hurt easy, then you know you shouldn't just jump into relationships.... I have been hurt in the past and if sux a lot, but I found the will to go on and meet new people. So, asking people for advice is good, but in the long run you will have to put all the advice together and see what is good for you.

And no, I don't fall on ice a lot, I have shoes for crews!!!! Laughing

I think that it is possible to fall in love with someone that you have never met because like all of those above me have said personality counts for a lot and if it is love than it should be able to overcome any problems with looks.
