Ok.....I need some help. This year I am gonna to acen and I'm dressing up like Hinano from Trouble Chocolate, the only problem is I have no clue how to make her uniform and where in the world to find a cheap neon green wig. Even if you knew where to find a sailor fuku pattern, that would be great. If anyone has any help, that would make me so happy.

P.s.: Also I need a pattern for a japanese school boy uniform. Very Happy
