okay you revampt the series about four years ago and now you're doing again. cancelingXtreme Xmen and rearanging all of the teams. Bring back xcalubur altering characters beyond recognition, tell me why? i mean there have been more changes in the storylines characters than the line up in the passions soap opera. Is marvel turning into a soap opera or has it already turned and no one told me? |

i would say early 90s to about 97' was the silver age of Marvel. Great plotlines and artists. It's been a soap opera since the post-Dark Phoenix story arc i would say. The ultimate series is pretty good now a days. (ie Ultimate Spiderman, Ultimate Xmen, The Ultimates) |

its not that i dont mind the soap opera aspects of it i mean its a comic series that been around for a really long time so there can be some recylcing of idea but there's always that hope for a bit of originalty, like i miss gen x. |

Well........
a long time ago there was a story arc where there was a Clone of peter parker running around. This led to some identity crisis in which the real spiderman wasnt sure if he was the real one so he stopped being spiderman for a short time. Eventually He found out he was the original. Ben Reilly aka The scarlet Spider was the clone.
