Puerto Pequeno is located on the Western coast of the Main continent and could be situated Where the Falcis empties into the western ocean. It's only inhabitants so far are two people, so it's not really a town, but it could be an essential trading port to/from the Western Continent and to Javist.

Well, just the fact that Germans are those Spanish-Canadian-Russian type people. That'd make anyone suspicious.
