Hear Ye Hear Ye

This thread is for those little quarrels be it serious or just a joke that need to be ruled over. Unfortunately you cannot choose a jury of your peers because Excel is the Judge, Jury, and Executioner. Bring your case to me against another PO, someone famous, an orgination, or even an inanimate object and Judge Excel will preside for you.

Also Judge Excel is looking for two PO's to be the Clerk and the Bailiff.

I hereby accuse that *points* rock of intentionally hitting me in the forehead after it was thrown by Azurel. The evidence is clear. Rocks shouldn't be hitting me period, and yet this one did. Therefore, I call it before your honor in this solid court of miniopian law to be judged!

"As the defence for Mr Rock, I say that it was not of his own will that he was forced violently into Mr Mythral's head, and that as such he can not be held legally accountable for hi actions or the actions of the thrower, Mr. Azurel. The rock would also like to counter-sue for slander, and also declares his oppression to be racist and without cause."

On the contrary. I dodged, and that very rock *points* right there still hit me! I move to dismiss Mr. Rock's charges of slander on the grounds that slander and truth are mutually exclusive. Seeing as I'm telling the truth, it can't possibly be slander, no can it?

Azurel appears in a business suit, holes ripped in the back where his wings grew through. He sits in the witness chair. The orderly (sorry, I've never been to court, I forget what they are called) appears with the bible and says, "Repeat after me...". Shortly after the bible bursts into dark flames and Azurel raises his hand. They go through the exchange with the orderly scared that his hand was about to catch about on fire. Azurel begins to defend himself before even being asked a question.

"I threw the rock, but not at him. I was aiming for a squirrel. It would have been much more evil to hit a squirrel than him. The wind must have taken it or something."

The judge slams his mallet(uh, there's another word, but again, never been to court.) down and warns Azurel to wait til asked a question.
